Everything your print farm runs on, from the order to the cleared plate.
Every feature works from the same queue, the same printers and the same plate answer, so nothing has to be typed twice.

Know what every printer is doing and what it needs next.
Live floor
Every printer as a tile with its state, job, progress, temperatures, AMS slots and plate state. Filter by site or state, or put it on the shop TV.
Queue
One ordered list for the whole farm. Drag to reorder, send to the front or back, hold, release or start now. Every waiting job says why.
Plate loop
Collected or Not collected after every print. A failed plate goes back in the queue for the next eligible printer, not the one that failed it.
Pre-flight checks
Eight checks before every start: printer idle, plate clear, nozzle and model, exact AMS colours, allowed material, tested firmware, microSD card and filament left.
AMS matching and filaments
Define each filament once by material and colour code, and set a standard loadout. Jobs start only where every slot they use matches, with swap suggestions when none does.
Library
Upload sliced .gcode.3mf files once. SpoolSwift reads every plate's grams, time, nozzle and filaments, and keeps each version you upload.
Phone card
Answer the plate, start the next job, set an AMS slot, pause, resume, stop or switch the light, all from the printer's own card.
QR labels
Print a label for every printer. A scan opens that printer for your team and shows nothing to anyone else.
Scan from anywhere
The Scan button sits in the phone dock on every page, so the next printer is always one tap away.
Automatic when you choose, with the same checks as a manual start.
Automatic start
Off until you turn it on. Each printer is armed at the farm with a local PIN, and a circuit breaker stops it after repeated failures.
Failure detection
Your bridge checks camera frames while a print runs, and the frames stay at your farm. It tells you first, and pauses only if you choose that.
Notifications
Email and phone push for failed runs, printer errors, an offline bridge and idle printers with work waiting. Choose what reaches you.
From a paid order to a packed box.
Products and parts
Map each product to the parts it needs. Orders net against what is on the shelf and fill whole plates with the fewest prints.
Shopify, Square and WooCommerce
Connect one store or all three. Paid orders become jobs in the queue. Choose to start when paid, and a nightly check catches any order that slipped past.
eBay listings
List your products on eBay from SpoolSwift, and eBay orders come into the same queue as your other shops.
Orders
One list for every source. Each line shows parts needed, printed, in stock and ready to pack.
Quote portal
Buyers upload a model and get a price from a real slice with your presets, then pay on your Shopify store. Paid quotes wait for your approval.
Pair the bridge, invite the team and keep a record of everything.
The bridge
A small Windows service on a farm PC that connects out on port 443. Pair it with an 8-character code, and run more than one if you need.
Setup checklist
A guided checklist from first sign-in to first plate, a help guide beside every page, and a short tour the first time you open each one.
Team and roles
Owner, Manager, Operator and Viewer, each seeing only what their job needs. Two-step sign-in for anyone who wants it.
Sites
Run several farms from one account. Let them share one queue, or give each site its own.
Audit log
Every action on your farm, who took it and when, in a log nobody can edit. Export it to CSV whenever you need.
Preset import
Bring your Bambu Studio print and filament presets across in one step, so the library and the quote portal price with your own settings.
Start with one printer, free.
Add more printers when you are ready. No card needed for the free plan.
