Terms of Service
These terms cover the SpoolSwift website and app, the bridge you install at your farm, and the quote pages.

Definitions
- The Service means the SpoolSwift website and web app, the cloud that serves it, the SpoolSwift bridge program and its installer, the bridge's local page, the quote pages and storefront pieces, and everything they produce.
- Your Farm means the print farms you own or operate yourself under your own account, including the staff accounts you invite and people who work on your farm for you alone (for example an accountant or a technician).
- SpoolSwift Data means what SpoolSwift creates rather than what you entered, that is the quotes and estimates it computes, its slicing results, its print history analytics, and the structure and layout of its files, reports and API responses.
1. Agreement to terms
By creating a farm, installing the bridge or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
A new version of these terms that is marked material is shown to an Owner at their next sign-in, and is accepted the same way before the farm can start a print.
2. Licence and permitted use
SpoolSwift grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Service only for Your Farm. This is a licence, not a sale. The bridge program is licensed, not sold, on every copy and every machine it runs on, and SpoolSwift keeps every right this article does not expressly grant.
You will not, and will not help or allow anyone else to:
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, white-label or rebrand the Service, the bridge or SpoolSwift Data, or provide any of them to anyone else as a hosted, outsourced or service-bureau offering.
- Run the bridge, or use your account, to manage printers for a farm you do not own or operate. Each farm needs its own SpoolSwift farm.
- Copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the bridge or any other SpoolSwift software, except where the law allows it despite this restriction, or remove a copyright or other proprietary notice from it.
- Remove, disable or work around any licence, pairing, signature, key, limit or access control in the Service, including the bridge's check that the cloud it talks to is SpoolSwift's.
- Connect the bridge to any server other than SpoolSwift's, or run a server that stands in for SpoolSwift's cloud.
- Use the Service or SpoolSwift Data to build, train, test or benchmark a product that competes with SpoolSwift.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download SpoolSwift Data, or reach the Service except through SpoolSwift's own website, bridge and documented APIs used as SpoolSwift documents them.
- Use the Service against any law or regulation.
Any other use, including offering the Service to other farms through your own product, or any reseller, partner, OEM or white-label arrangement, needs a separate written agreement signed by SpoolSwift. A plan, add-on or conversation with support is not such an agreement.
A breach of this article is a material breach and is grounds for immediate suspension or permanent termination without a refund (article 11). SpoolSwift may also revoke the bridge's pairing and keys and seek an injunction and damages.
3. Open-source components
The Service includes open-source components under their own licences, listed on the Open source notices page and in the bridge's install folder. Nothing in these terms limits a right that an open-source licence grants you in that component. If a release ever ships a slicer inside the bridge, the slicer is a separate program under its own licence (AGPL-3.0 for Bambu Studio) with its own notices and source offer, and these terms place no restriction on it.
4. Printers, safety and supervision
The Service can start, pause and stop printers, and can start them automatically when Your Farm turns that on (it is off by default and takes two steps to turn on). Your Farm is responsible for supervising its printers, for fire safety, for clearing the plate before a print, and for complying with the printer maker's instructions. SpoolSwift does not change printer settings or firmware.
SpoolSwift is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Bambu Lab. Printer names are their makers' trademarks.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your account and your printers' access codes confidential, restrict access to the computer that runs the bridge, and tell SpoolSwift at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter (printers, jobs, files, customers, prices). You grant SpoolSwift a limited licence to use it only to provide and improve the Service. SortSwift processes account and sign-in data for SpoolSwift as a processor.
7. Third-party services
Printers, payment (Stripe), shops (Shopify, Square, WooCommerce and eBay) and other connected services are governed by their own providers' terms. SpoolSwift is not responsible for their availability, performance or security.
8. Fees, the free plan and usage
Paid plans and usage are billed as the Plan and billing page shows. The free plan manages one printer per account. Usage is billed on every plan, the free plan included. On the free plan it comes from a prepaid wallet the Owner reloads. A farm whose payment fails keeps full service through a grace period of 7 days, then goes back to the free plan, and billing never stops a print already running.
9. Closing a farm
An Owner can close the farm. For 30 days after closing, the farm's data stays viewable and its bridge stays connected, but nothing starts. Then the farm is closed. Moving to the free plan is a separate action.
10. Service availability
SpoolSwift aims for reliable service but does not guarantee it is uninterrupted. The bridge's local page keeps working when the cloud cannot be reached.
11. Termination
SpoolSwift may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if your conduct harms users, third parties or SpoolSwift. A breach of article 2 is grounds for immediate and permanent termination without a refund, and the person or business that held the account may not open or use another SpoolSwift farm, directly or through anyone else.
